On Saturday, May 16 Grandpa and I came up to Oshkosh to spend the day with you while your mama and papa worked on the garden. You had been sick during the week with croup and an ear infection so the meds you were taking made you a bit on the hyper side.
Grandpa and I took you to Hobby Lobby first for some shopping. You could not decide if you wanted to ride on the cart,

sitting in the cart,

Or standing in the cart,

You kept putting things in the cart and saying, "I need it." It was amazing how many things you needed that day! When we let you walk, you would take off running up and down the aisles and just flash that cute smile at us!
After buying a few craft projects for us and gummy worms which were half gone by the time we checked out, we headed over to Culver's for lunch.

Just like you mama you insisted on drinking your milk right out of the jug without a straw. You put on quite a show for all the patrons especially the girls in the booth behind us who could not get enough of your cuteness! At one point you started pointing at people and saying, "Sicko" quite loudly. You had learned this Sicko thing from Alissa, Mallory, and your mama a few weeks earlier. Not so funny out in public! It was like you had seven foot arms and moved in super fast motion as you touched and moved everything on the table! Grandpa and I felt like we had lost control and all we could do was laugh.

Here you are working on one of the projects we bought. You are not nude but have big girl panties on. You kept them dry for about an hour at which time you peed on the paper on the floor under your easel.

You enjoyed painting a few masterpieces but did need a bath due to the fact that you had painted your toes, your tummy, and your hands.

You did want to wear your flippers in the tub which of course, we allowed you to do. Grandma got your hair all conditioned and it looked so pretty when we were done. After bath time we read books for at least 45 minutes. You are really enjoying being read to! I told you two Bible stories and you were able to retell them to us. You are a very smart girl!
It was a very fun day for us. We ended it by playing "Going to Florida". I sat in your closet and Grandpa sat in your rocking chair. You would bring and take things in and out of the closet saying we were taking them to Florida with us! You did this for about an hour and it was fun. In referring to the title of this post it is a song that I taught you this weekend and you loved singing it with me! Grandpa and I were tired after our day with you, but we were sure happy!
